By the way the earliest archaeological evidence of bells dates from the 3rd millennium BC and the tradition of ringing church bells dates back to AD 400 when Paulinus of Nola first introduced bells in association with a church.

This wonderful Blue Flower Fine China Handbell measures 6″ – 3″. This vintage item is featured here as part of  the “Edith” collection which she was saving with love and care over these many years and she wishes that they will bring the same joy to their new owners as they gave to her.
